Just a brief note to thank you for arranging a trip of a lifetime. Doug and I were blown away by the sights, the flawlessness of the logistics, and particularly the hotel stays—we’ve walked away with so many wonderful memories that I’m still reeling. While I generally resist ranking the trips we’ve taken over the years, this one has got to be at the top of the list. And a special thanks to your wonderful assistant Joseph, who saved the day by getting us home on time after the person who booked our flights totally messed up. You both have pulled miracles out of the hat, and for that we are eternally grateful!
